A great experience I purchased the 2016 Cadillac Escalade
He was awesome, contacted me back right away...
I asked about a 2011 Ford Mustang GT500, but a salesman (David McKinney) responded with pics/info of a Toyota Camry. He then proceeded to explain there was a glitch in the website and the vehicle was no longer available. However, the car is clearly still on the CarGurus website......thanks, but no thanks.
Bought a previous vehicle from them and when we went to test drive the vehicle the battery was dead. Had to wait 2 hours for them to get a battery. Then this experience.. I test drove the truck and it was great. Got an offer for trade in and I told them I'll call back in a few days. I work nights and communicated that with them. They called and called and I asked them to quit. I'm not going to be doing business with them ever again.

I went to several dealerships and out of all of them Nelson Mazda was far and away the best. They were personable, knowledgeable in the field, and never pressured anyone at the dealership. Their pricing is fair and they give the best trade in value in the area. The salesman Tyler was great to work with, I will recommended Nelson Mazda to anyone in need of a vehicle.
