Took 3 days to process an application , after they were told initially that I was pre-approved by west lake. I had to call them to find out what the status was!! They explained that the VP said it didn’t go through. After I asked why? Since I was already pre approved , the salesman’s reply was, we don’t accept West lake preapproval !! Waste of time and money ! I would not recommend this dealer to anyone .. steer clear of this dealership
