All the employees at Nelson Mazda were very friendly and helpful. The description of the car was accurate and it was clean and ready for the test drive. This is my best experience buying a car because everything is done in one building. The sale of the car, the trade in, and the financing. The manager told us that they try to finish the whole sales transaction in one hour, and it made buying a car an enjoyable experience. The sales associate was polite and responsive to all my email questions. Unfortunately, no deal could be made. The dealer didn’t want to work with me on a price reduction.

Good customer service, Brandon was our sells guy and he was on top of everything. He fufilled all of our request and we were literally just in and out! We came from out of town and he tried his best of his ability to make it seem like we were there in person! Thank you and we love our new pick up!
