They knowingly let me coordinate a Pre Purchase Inspection on a vehicle without telling me they had already accepted a deposit on it from another customer.
The woman that assisted me was wonderful. She gave me some excellent advice; she took her time with me and didn't try to handle two customers at once. I was very impressed by her

So far the experience has been great. Have not been able to go to the dealership yet due to weather.
The salesperson I had an appointment with was too busy to see me, but I still got to test drive.
Very poor customer service! More concerned about the sale and making money than making sure they sale quality used cars. Had an issue discovered the next day after purchase and they refused to fix it. Now I'm out of $600!!! Not fair!!! Avoid this rip off place!!!
Straight forward salesmen. The price you see is the price you're getting, there is no trying haggle the price. So if you're looking to knock down the price, this isn't the dealership. Lol. Overall a good experience. Answered all and any questions I had.
