constant inquiry about when I would arrive and then wasn't prepared when I did arrive. the dealership didn't even have correct screws to attach temporary tag
Shelaine was my contact agent and she was lovely. Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. In no way was she pushy, allowing me space to think and ask questions before I make a decision. Although I haven’t finalized a deal I would highly recommend Nelson Mazda in Norman.
I would have given them 5 star but the car was delivered with an empty tank and no temporary tag. These items made my initial experience, which was great, an upsetting one.

The staff went out of its way to try and get me approved for the financing for this car. Unfortunately, they were not able to get me into a payment that fit my budget. My sales person, Ryan was understanding and empathetic. This was genuine. I really felt like him and his manager truly wanted me to afford this SUV. Ryan stayed with me the entire 3 hours I was there explaining what him and his boss were.working on. The staff are all great! We drive from Kansas but we will continue to go there everytime we buy a car.
got right back with me showed me all the options but car sold before i could test drive
We were led to believe that we were going to get a lower APR rate than we actually got at the time of closing the deal but overall they treated us very nicely.
