My sales advisor was fantastic. He showed me and I had the chance to test drive all three options. I loved the fact that he handles the entire transaction and I wouldn’t have to go back and forth with the manager. I haven’t made a purchase yet, but I would recommend Nelson Mazda.

The dealer’s salesman responded promptly and answered every question directly and professionally. While the dealer posted in the CarGurus ad that the title was clean with no accidents or damage, a review of the CarFax revealed the car had experienced an accident with minor damage.

***POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES*** I inquired about a car on CarGurus. After checking everything out, I said I wanted to proceed with the purchase on Thursday afternoon. As requested, I sent copies of my DL and proof of insurance and told them I was buying a one-way ticket from Chicago to OKC for Saturday to pick up the car and drive it back...so clearly I intended to buy. Sold me a vehicle with expensive flaws. Not pleased. Car only had one keyfob. It didn't work. Can't lock the car. They did not tell me.
