Matt was referred to me by my brother. They worked together on the purchase of my brother's home and Matt came highly recommended. Matt was attentive from the time I requested a pre-approval letter to the last bank statement prior to closing. When the operation was transferred from Matt to their HQ in Florida for processing I stayed in contact with Matt as a source of progress. He was able to help me close early, despite a hurricaine in Florida. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
Matt was wonderful throughout the entire process! We had were selling a house and using the profit as a down payment on our next house, with a few re-negotiations in the process. Plus, we were doing everything on an accelerated time frame. I had lots of questions and Matt patiently answered them all. He also put us in touch with an insurance broker who was a miracle worker. We would not have made it to closing without Matt's help!
Matt is amazing! He went above and beyond to work for us and kept us informed and calm during a sometimes stressful process. He always returned calls in a timely manner and was always professional! He worked endlessly to get us to our closing date when it didn't seem possible! I can't emphasize enough how happy we were with Matt! We would HIGHLY recommend him!

As a first-time homebuyer, I wasn't really sure about all of the ins-and-outs that go along with a mortgage-- any question I had, Matt was extremely helpful in answering (both with enough detail for me to immediately understand and with a level of promptness that was greatly appreciated in such a hectic time).
