Being a first time home buyer I was a little nervous and pretty clueless about the process. Matt couldn't of made it easier. From the first phone call to being handed keys to my house he was there. He was always available to answer all my questions and explain things. The whole transaction went smoothly and I can now happily say I am a home owner. Thanks Matt.

Matthew Fischman was invaluable to us as we navigated through the waters of financing our new home! From the very first phone conversation, through countless emails, documents, questions and more questions, Matt was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and competently answered all the questions we had! Matt was an absolute pleasure to work with and he was always there to help us or answer any question we had. Matt was available through email, text, and phone throughout the whole process and always responded immediately. He treated us like a friend would and made us feel very comfortable in a very stressful part of our life. I can't say enough about his character and professionalism. Matt made the process easy and without his help I wouldn't be a home owner ! Another mortgage broker pretty much told me to give up on the dream and then I was referred to Matt, and couldn't be happier!

Matt was such a pleasure to work with and was always there for us. As first time homebuyers we had a ton of questions. Matt would always take the time to answer all of our questions. No matter the time of day, Matt was always responsive. It is obvious that Matt is very knowledgeable and cares about his clients. The entire process was very smooth thanks to him. Matt was really helpful in the purchasing of our first home.
