Matt was great. He really cares and is very helpful. When you need him his always there. Matt also goes to great length to keep you up to date, contacts the sellers,lawyers and realtor if needed. Great Guy

Matt was very helpful at every step in the process. In comparison to other quotes, Matt gave us the least in settlement costs. I would highly recommend calling Matt if you need a re-finance.

Matt came as a referral and I must say he did not disappoint, he made what could have been a stressful situation Stress free.He said he could get the job done and that's exactly what he did, with a better rate than the competition no call was left unanswered and he worked wonderfully with our agent. Very professional to deal with. A+. He will give you the best rate. True people because he will not charge you any hidden charges & straight to the point. I was locked-in for 3.75% but at the end he gave me a 3.65%, very nice.

As a first time home buyer I had little experience with lenders or mortgages. My wife and I had feelings of trepidation after reading stories online about hidden fees and unscrupulous mortgage people. Being a senior on a fixed income, I found securing a mortgage difficult. After being denied by 3 banks I turned to Matt Fischman (or as I call him Matt the Mortgage Man) for help. Not only did Matt secure the financing for me, the mortgage rate was BELOW those quoted by the financial institutions. He showed the utmost concern and caring throughout the process and kept me up to date on all aspects. I was introduced to Matt through my realtor and I would consider it last minute for having to get a mortgage... So that being said he got me through the mortgage process very quickly and approved, also I was the first time home buyer and didn't realize how complicated and time consuming all the people were committed before we got here Staind everything clearly to me to get it all accomplished and I was able to purchase my home within the fast time limit
