Matt made a stressful process as easy as possible for us. He was clear as to what he needed from us, and always answered all our questions, and kept us informed as to how things were progressing. He was always very pleasant in our communications, and made us feel like we mattered to him. Matt was recommended to us by our realtor, and any family member or friend looking to secure a mortgage I would recommend they contact Matt...he's very professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with.

Our realtor suggested we work with Matt, and she didn't lead us astray. Matt was super helpful, and very patient. He was patient with all my questions as a first time homebuyer, and he was patient when some of our documents didn't scan correctly or he needed more things from us. He was honest with us and also helped us to feel safe and secure in our decisions. He really helped make real estate jargon make sense to me and was super knowledgable, and gave great advice.
Matt truly went above and beyond for us in the purchase of our first home. I really cannot say enough about how great he was in the entire process. Always in constant communication, responded to emails right away, answered any questions that even didn't have do with the mortgage which is very hard to come by, most people just want to get the deal done and be done with you. Just had my closing a few weeks ago with Matt and his team from Loan Depot and I can say I was the smoothest of closings. This was my 3 or 4th closing I've done, this was by far the smoothest. Closing was short and sweet. Money was ready to go, in and out zero hiccups. I'd recommend him to anyone needed a mortgage loan!
Working with Matt Fischman was awesome! He went above and beyond to help us with any bumps in the road we came across with securing the financing. He made himself available whenever we had questions or concerns and was very quick to return phone calls and emails. He always assured us that he was there for us every step of the way and he most certainly was. I would recommend Matt to my friends and family. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to deal with.

Matt was fantastic to work with. My husband and I were first time home buyers, and our situation was unique. We had no knowledge of home buying and a million questions and Matt answered every question and explained everything perfectly. He treated us like friends and not just clients.
