I used Matt Fischman for the initial purchase of my home and again 6 months later for a refinance. Matt did a great job staying on top of the loan process and dragged me across the finish line of the re-finance. He is very buttoned up and responsive to all of my emails/questions. As I write, my husband and I anxiously await the response of our second offer. It’s been one bidding war after another. When the stakes are high, emotions aren’t far behind. Matt Fischman was extremely helpful throughout our entire refinance. He was on point with tracking the refinance rate and helped to teach me what to look for so I could Follow it myself. We bought our house finally in December of 2019 but we were working with Matt for at least a year prior. We weren't exactly great with our credit but Matt helped us through out the year to help us get our house! He gave us tips and tricks and taught us how to's to be able to get what we wanted. Matt is the consummate professional with a flair for coming across sincere and real. I am always skeptical when dealing with a financial situation but quickly relaxed when I started dealing with Matt. Matt was at my settlement in December 2019, my wife and I signed many documents presented by Matt, he explained each one in terms we could understand, I spent more time asking others at settlement to re-explain what they were asking me to sign, but not with Matt.
