I never thought walking into a car dealership would be a comfortable experience and I was proven wrong. Derek offered the best customer service I have ever had. I also observed how well the managers treat their employees. I had all my questions answered and I was able to find a car that fit both my budget and my needs without sacrificing anything. Ed Cappola delivered great customer service in an otherwise tough situation. He worked diligently with finance to get my son approved for his new ride, and assisted in every way possible until he drove it off the lot. Will definitely consider Mastra for our next car purchase!

I made and internet inquiry on a pre-owned car for my daughter. The following morning I took a call from Josh of the Internet Sales Dept. I scheduled an appointment for after my daughter got out of school for 1600. The ride was two-plus hours from our home. Delays what they are, we got jammed up. Service advisor Jason Farwell was a excellent to work with. Been going to him and Lia VW for all my service because of Jason. Any questions i have are promptly answered, I did have a question regarding a perk program but Jason had a day off but responded back the next day with answers which shows there is communication within the dealership about customers.

This is our 4th vehicle we have bought through Mastria! Car shopping is never fun but mastria makes it much easier! Recently had another great experience working with Ed! Great customer service never feel pressured, easy to talk too answered all our questions. Also with the Mark in the finance professional never rushed quick to answer all questions!
