I have always gone back to Lia for my VW purchases. They always go above and beyond. Keri is an absolute sweetheart. She listens to your needs and does not try to sell you something you don't want. She makes car buying so easy and less stressful. I have been going to Lia for over 10 years now. I will continue to buy all my vehicles from them.

We recently had made a purchase of a 2019 Jetta with Ed Cappola and I could not have asked for better sales advice. We originally had come in to purchase one of two other vehicles from their website but both were sold. Well Ed came to our rescue and recommended the perfect choice for us. He also helped us with all arrangements for our daughter. After this there is an excellent chance we will purchase another vehicle next year and one the year after.

I purchased a vehicle couple of days ago at Mastria Volkswagen, Derek and the rest of the team went above and beyond to help me get this car in just one day. I recently purchased a used car from Mastria Volkswagen. I live in NH and was not familiar with the dealership at all. I was pleasantly surprised by how relaxed my salesman, Derek, was. I was able to relax for a few minutes after the long drive as the car was prepared and I was able to take a nice long test drive to make sure the car was the one I wanted.
