We went there to test drive a used 2016 Suburban Z71 on a Friday in October 2020 with salesman John Bigelow. Upon test drive, it demonstrated significant transmission issues during half or more throttle (my husband is a mechanic specializing in diagnostics). The dealer sent one of their service writers with us to verify the issue. He even agreed some sort of transmission issue. Called and set up my appointment for a oil change and tire rotation on my vehicle Got my appointment set for the next day and had the best experience at this dealership I have never had a bad experience here but this day was special because of the service manager named Matt and his supervisor
