We recently purchased a VW ID. 4 from Ed Carroll. Their sales people are knowledgeable, friendly and very low key. We were never pressured, something for which I am very grateful. Our vehicle has been subject to one recall and we also had to have service performed to correct a minor assembly related issue. Great experience for me since I have not purchased a new car in 12 years. I worked with Derek Welch & Danny Cabral who were extremely helpful and no high pressure sales. They helped me select the correct car for me and my family. Lets start off by saying not a big fan of dealerships,but will say at Mastria VW dealing with sales person Danny was a great experience no bull he was up front with all questions did not try to sell you something you didn't want.I recommend if you go to Mastria VW ask for Danny. I did purchase a VW Atlis. Great car! Danny did follow up a couple of times which I thought was great. The price was better than the four other dealership I called in the area. Again VW Mastria ask for Danny.
The sales representative are very knowledgeable and will to help you find the vehicle that suits your needs and price tag. I will recommend to my friends and family to shop there.
