My lease was coming to an end, I made the decision to purchase my car out, seeing as I live my suv. Going in to set the buyout up was absolutely seamless, easy, and extremely pleasant! All of my questions/ concerns regarding the pricing breakdown we’re answered kindly and efficiently!

I only have owned Volkswagens since I was 21. So, I have been to several dealerships over the years. Mastria is far and away tops. Greg Wasden was great. ….personable, thorough, and patient. My old car was very basic. This new one has all the technology bells and whistles. Greg was really great with acclimating me to all the cars features. All the other people there were also extremely helpful. Mastria was the best car buying experience ever!
No complaints. They fixed my car fast took care of recall and car runs great

I went to Lia Volkswagen for an oil change. The service department was quite busy at the time but I was assurred by the Jason Farwell that he would get me out quickly. The wait time was very reasonable. When the service was finished, Jason took the time to tell me exactly what had been done.
