John Crum at Ed Carroll VW put my mind at ease over features on my Tiguan. The new car I bought had issues with 18 miles on it, I literally drove 2 miles off the lot and had lights going off and still do the next day. I was promised a different care from Bill, and he lied. and prosed my paperwork. He said he would make this deal right due to the issues and in the end they are just looking to close a deal. They have no feelings for their customers and what happens if they break down. I have nothing good to say about him or both managers at this location. They are shady dealers.
