So recently I had to say goodbye to my old car, which also meant starting the dreaded car buying process that I loathe so much. Derek was super helpful in the car purchasing process. I walked in without an appointment and he made sure to take the time to let me see the options that could fit what I was looking for and give me a good picture of how they compared. He provided good follow up throughout the purchasing process and worked hard to get things completed in a timeframe that worked for me.
Gregory was terrific! He listened to what i needed in a vehicle and helped me find the right car for me!
I've bought quite a few cars over the years but as far as fair and simple goes, my experience with White Allen VW is one of the best. Everyone will say they value your time as a customer but here you actually feel it. Great process, very straightforward.
