I went to Lia Volkswagen for an oil change. The service department was quite busy at the time but I was assurred by the Jason Farwell that he would get me out quickly. The wait time was very reasonable. When the service was finished, Jason took the time to tell me exactly what had been done.

I made and internet inquiry on a pre-owned car for my daughter. The following morning I took a call from Josh of the Internet Sales Dept.
