Service advisor Jason Farwell was a excellent to work with. Been going to him and Lia VW for all my service because of Jason. Any questions i have are promptly answered, I did have a question regarding a perk program but Jason had a day off but responded back the next day with answers which shows there is communication within the dealership about customers.

This is our 4th vehicle we have bought through Mastria! Car shopping is never fun but mastria makes it much easier! Recently had another great experience working with Ed! Great customer service never feel pressured, easy to talk too answered all our questions. Also with the Mark in the finance professional never rushed quick to answer all questions! Had a great experience at Mastria Volkswagen. Staff was friendly and helpful especially Peter and Ed. They were patient and knowledgeable when answering our numerous questions. I would recommend making Mastria Volkswagen a must when looking for a new auto mobile!
This is my second car I’ve bought with this dealership and both experiences were pleasant and great. I worked with Ed both times and he was very clear, helpful, and informative. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful and really helped taking the stress away from car buying.
UPDATE: I can no longer recommend this dealership. The car had a small coolant leak from day one. I didn't know what it was, so I had my local mechanic check iit out twice. He finally diagnosed it as a coolant leak. Every morning when we came out we had a wet spot under the car, and it wasn't oil. Contacted Mastria, and got a promise that, although they couldn't see the vehicle right away, they would honor the 30 day warranty, which seemed appropriate.
