Everyone was so welcoming and helpful at Mastria VW. I am grateful for our experience and the customer service, and 5 stars for our sales rep Derek Welch. Derek was knowledgeable, efficient and kept the whole process stress free. I especially liked how there was no pushy feeling that we HADD to buy a car. I would also like to give a big thanks to the finance manager Mike who kept what is typically the most stressful process far from that. I would highly recommend Mastria and will go back when it’s time for another car!
I was absolutely blown away by Derek’s service at Mastria. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and extremely understanding. He went above and beyond to help me get this car in a timely manner. I have dealt with a lot of car salesman in my lifetime and have bought a lot of cars and I can easily say Derek has been the best by far! My husband Scott and I just had the pleasure of working with Greg Wasden today. We were in the market for a certified pre owned VW and told him so. He was very respectful and didn’t try to steer us in another direction at all. We ended up buying a used vehicle from him today. We were treated fairly, with expedience and intelligence. Due to some unexpected personal events in 2022, we needed to trade in our 2019 Subaru Ascent for something else, since we didn't owe anything on it and needed the equity in cash. Anyhow, after looking all over for several days, we finally found what we thought was the perfect trade at Ed Carroll Porsche.
