I had a great experience with Derek. Went in to look around and decide if I wanted to buy out my lease or get a new one and I walked out the owner of a new 2024 Atlas. The whole team was low pressure. Derek took the time to show me all the features and answer all my questions even though it was the end of the day. His follow up was great. He even answered my questions regarding pick up and registration on his days off. This was my 2nd purchase with them.
My daughter just bought her first car, the experience could not have been better. Our salesman, Derek was fantastic. From our initial greeting to the day, we picked up the car, he was professional, straightforward and very kind. Greg was also very helpful. I look forward to purchasing all future vehicles here, definitely not your typical car buying experience.
Purchased a 2024 Atlas Cross Sport. Derek Welch and the team at Mastria made it the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. Right from the start Mastria came out with a fair price and eliminated the endless back-and-forth negotiations I’ve had with other dealerships. Derek was pleasant, kind, patient & knowledgeable and attentive. Mark in finance was also great to work with. I highly recommend Mastria if you are looking for a new Volkswagen.
