We had a great experience buying my mom a used car at Mastria Volkswagen. We went in knowing which car we were interested in and Ed was great to deal with from the test drive through the purchase. Mark was also helpful with the financials and registration process. They were attentive, professional, not pushy and courteous.
They list several vehicles and whenever you call them the vehicles are nowhere to be found or they're on site and being maintained for the past 4 months and nobody ever gets back to you.
