We had a great experience buying my mom a used car at Mastria Volkswagen. We went in knowing which car we were interested in and Ed was great to deal with from the test drive through the purchase. Mark was also helpful with the financials and registration process. They were attentive, professional, not pushy and courteous.
They list several vehicles and whenever you call them the vehicles are nowhere to be found or they're on site and being maintained for the past 4 months and nobody ever gets back to you.
Fantastic and easy experience. Ed C is very knowledgeable about the products they have and incredibly personable. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through them
John was a very good salesman. Very knowledgeable of what I needed to know about the vehicle.
We had a good experience at the dealership would recommend other people to go there and purchase a vehicle in John was a good salesman.
I came in for service and left with a new vehicle. John Bigelow is a great salesman to work with. The process was fast and efficient and I got a great deal too.
It was a pleasure working with Peter A in finding a used Suburu Forester that fit our needs and budget. He was responsive and helpful in answering our questions, and patient as we made the choice to invest in our car that we now have and love!!
It was great working with John B. He is very knowledgeable and provides excellent service. My car was waiting for me when I arrived and he takes good care of his clients. Highly recommend working with him.
Everyone was so welcoming and ready to help. Ed was a great salesman! Would not want to go anywhere else for a car.
