As of 6/27/22 - After a few initial problems getting someone to help me with my used Honda issues, Donna Hruniak responded to me and was very helpful in working out a way to get my car looked at. They worked with my warranty to get my car fixed and gave me a nice loaner to use in the meantime. Kudos to Donna who save this dealerships reputation (in my book). I had a warm, welcoming experience at this dealership. They worked with me in finding not only the car I wanted but at the price I wanted. Individuals were not pushy at all and were really respectful throughout the whole process. Excellent job!!
My experience was great. Ed took over for John Bigelow after his departure and didn’t skip a beat. Ed was able to get me into a Tiguan after a shipping issue had delayed my order several weeks. Very pleased with the service at Mastria.
I am absolutely disgusted. I live in Connecticut and made an appointment to test drive a car with Mastria as I was told that they were working by appointment only. I drove over an hour and a half to see the car at my appointed time and walked into the dealership to be told that a man had walked in off the street, tested the car, and bought it. I had a great experience at Mastria VW! I bought a used vehicle and Ed was a great salesman to deal with. I highly recommend talking to Ed if you are looking to purchase a vehicle!
