I bought a new VW Tiguan at Mastria. The night before I put in all my info online. The morning of I was about 10 minutes away and a rep called asking when I was able to come test drive the vehicle. I told them my location and when I got there it was waiting for me to drive. I did have to wait a few (maybe 7-10 mins) for a sales person (I arrived right when they opened, they were in a meeting) but wasn’t a big deal. I recently purchased a pre owned vehicle at Mastria . From my initial call with Josh to completing my purchase could not have gone better. I drove 1 1/2 hours to see and drive vehicle and met with Ed Coppola my sales rep . Car was out front on time for appt and ready to drive. I took a nice test drive alone and returned ready to buy.
