Extremely attentive to my concern and subsequently had a specific procedure which he explained beforehand the specifics which put me very much at ease. Very caring and easy to talk to.
With honest, professional discussion concerning my prostate cancer various alternatives were discussed and additional consultation confirmed the decision of surgery. The surgery was scheduled and postponed at the last minute while Dr. Spaliviero consulted with and brought in another specialist to assist with the rescheduled surgery. I had a prostrate biopsy done by Dr. Spaliviero yesterday and i must say i was very impressed by his explanation and detail about the procedure and the results of it. The nurse who assisted him and also explained what was going to occur was also excellent. I would definitely recommend Dr. Spaliviero.

Excellent nursing prep. Did not feel any pain or even discomfort. Procedure only takes about 10 minutes. Dr Spaliviero administers 2 lidocaines at the outset. Numbs the area he is working in completely. He is very good.

I had a prostate biopsy and the entire staff was very professional and friendly easing all of my anxiety about the procedure. The procedure took about 30 mins and was not painful and I recommend getting it done if suggested by Dr Spaliviero
As part of my active surveillance for prostate cancer, I was getting periodic MRI exams for several years. An incidental finding on a recent MRI showed a tumor on one of my kidneys, no symptoms. Dr. Spaliviero strongly suggested that it should be surgically removed since it was likely malignant. Based on the excellent care I was receiving from him for the prostate issue, I took his advice.
