Terrible customer service when there is an issue. I've been waiting to talk with an owner for 2 weeks now after the 'manager' couldn't handle the problem. Made 3 phone calls, 2 messages and even walked in to resolve and nothing.
I have been a member for 3 months now and I have had the same young lady every time. I came home very relaxed tonight
I stole a small rock while here; the cops were not called. I appreciate this. It will be returned upon my next visit.
Vanessa at Massage Envy is AWESOME. She's a rockstar. Perfect pressure, focused on my problem areas, dimmed the room and didn't talk to me unless she had to. A-mazing. I would definitely recommend her!
I gave a gift package as a birthday gift and it was totally disappointing. Not even close to the hour massage I paid for and they badgered my 84 year old mother for additional gratuities even though they assured me it was included in the package. Wouldn't go back if it were free . Not a single star from me!
