They are so nice and polite. The place is very clean and relaxing. I nearly fall asleep every time I go.
I enjoyed my first visit so much I come in and got a membership!! Everyone was super nice and very professional!! Hate that I have to wait until my membership starts to get another massage. But it'll be worth the wait!!!!
I have a membership here & they take out of my bank acct. each month. I had recently found out that I am pregnant & do not like their prenatal massages. I prefer a deep tissue massage. So, I went in on 2/11 for a facial instead. I asked if I could "freeze" my account. I was told that I could for up to 6 mos. I signed a form stating that. On 2/12 they took out $40 for the facial I had the day before. On 2/16 the deducted another $40. I spoke with the Manager on duty & they credited my account on 2/24. Ridiculous that they pressure you into becoming a member or you can't get an appointment !!! and if you do, you are warned that it will be much more expensive… Sorry folks, high pressure does not work with people! There are plenty of other choices for massages anywhere you go. Good riddance!
