I had a hour massage yesterday, my massage therapist was absolutely amazing!!! Amber was very thorough and professional. I have had other masseuses there they were okay. I would absolutely recommend her!!!! See you next month AMBER!!👍🏼
I have a membership and have been several times. I have had Johna 2 times and were completely unhappy both times. My last visit was for a 90 minute FULL BODY massage and she spent 60 minutes on my back..5 each on the back bottom portion of my legs and feet and when I turned over she said we'll finish with a shoulder massage that lasted 10 minutes. Received gift card for massage. It took me 3 months to even get an appt because they never had someone available to do deep tissue. Then we you finally get the appt for an hour and half massage and it turns out they only Schedule for an hour. And the only thing they can say is Oh, I'm sorry it was set up for an hour. Gift card was for an hour and half which they went over and over at the time the appt was made. Just lost that half hour Never again!!!!
Took 6 months to get a deep tissue appt because they never had any availability. Even when you try to book a week to two weeks in advance. Had a gift card for hour and half and only received an hour plus had an enhancement and they would not honor because it just expired. Well, It's not my fault you were never able to get me in and cancel my appt. So I got screwed and lost money. When booking the appt the only thing they are worried about is how you are going to pay. I will no longer be going back to massage Envy in Tyler Tx. They no longer give free or discounted prices for massages to Veterans. On Veterans day. The did last year. When my contract is finished they will no longer have mine or my fellow Veterans business.
I have been doing myofascial work for 27 years. The treatment I received was very professional. I was provided an excellent massage, Jacob, you are a master at your craft.
