My 90 minute massage I paid for was only 72 minutes. When I told the receptionist she acted like she didn't care. She said the 90 min massage was really only 80 hands on time because they allow 10 min for clothes changing (which is 5 minutes to long in my opinion) but regardless I was still shorted 8ish minutes. They had us scheduled for a couples massage which I never asked for and it was never mentioned when making the appointment. My friend treated me to a massage here and i absolutely loved it. Great atmosphere.
It was my first time and I loved it. Except for their system being down. The alternative way bent my card and cannot be used anymore. Despite that, I will be back.
