Love It Feel More Relaxed
Horrible customer service, manager never returns calls. Have been trying to cancel a membership for 2 months now and was never told you had to sign a paper to cancel. Was told it was cancelled then 3 weeks later I get a call stating I have to pay for the monthly membership to get the account up to date before they can cancel. Well that would mean I would have to pay for a service that I don’t want to use after 3 months of issues every month to cancel and they get paid for no service used because I will not go back there. I have been a member for almost two years and I have always received amazing customer service by the front desk and the masseuses. My last two appointments have been exceptional!! Jacob has amazing technique and incredible hand strength if you're in need of a deep tissue massage, he really listens to your concerns about the areas that are problematic and then he works his magic. It has been my good fortune to have had 100's of massages in my life and he ranks in my top 5. Sincere thanks to the staff and masseuses.
Renee the manager is horrible! She talks over you if you can even reach her. I have been trying to get a hold of her for a week. She called and I was busy and called 1 minute later and still no call back. I had to sit by phone today ready to try to talk to her and then she would not shut up and listen at all. I have been going there two years and never want to go back. I have had issues with therapist smoking and had friends have the same issues. I nicely just ask to have a non-smoker. I am so relieved I am not the only one with a bad experience!! The best part of the membership is canceling it! The management staff is horrible. They avoid you, lie to you, and won’t return any phone calls. Their front desk cancels appointments without your permission. Overall it’s a horrible experience. I would suggest not to waste your time and money on this place and go somewhere else.
Got a gift card for my birthday went for the first time loved it bought a membership but hard to get a appointment the second an third time that worked with my schedule, did not enjoy my massage yesterday ask for firm to deep my masseuse was hard it was burning she rub so hard am hurting today an have places on my body that very sore an hurt right now anytime it's burning that's a bit much I must say I enjoyed the longview location a lot better more friendly but Tyler is closer for me
