Jacob was very professional and worked out all my knots and sore spots! Great front desk staff and manager. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
They have horrible customer service. They staff doesn’t have a clue what they are doing. They canceled my appointment 3 different times. Then the day I was going to go they said they had no one working that day that did deep tissue massage. SERIOUSLY!!! You cancel my appointment 3 times and then don’t give me what I paid for. Totally unprofessional. Will NEVER recommend this establishment.

I have had a membership for almost a year now and I love it! The front desk staff are great! My massuse, Megan is awesome! She really listens and works with you! I have also tried the stretching recently and absolutely love it! I would highly recommend it! Great experience overall and will definitely be renewing my membership!
Do not waste your money!! There are better places to go. Poor customer service. Gift cards sold for $50 massage that cost the recipient $40. Wow! Usually a birthday present does not require money!!! But don’t try to explain because they do not listen nor care! I would definitely recommend taking your business else where!
