The WORST when it comes to canceling. I scheduled an appointment for my mom's birthday and asked them to NOT call her to remind her because it was a surprise. The morning of the appointment they left HER a voicemail and told her that they can't do the massages because the lady left so they offered a facial. I called back to try to figure out something else that they could do, maybe another time with a different therapist and they refused to help in any way. The massage by Emily was amazing. The spa is very nice and the staff was nice enough. But this thing of trying to sell memberships in order for the massages to continue to be affordable is a racket. I know they do this all over but my $75 massage would be $135 next time if I don't sign up. Which I didn't because I don't have the luxury of blocking 3 hours every two weeks for a massage. I wish I did but I only get them when I am lucky enough to have a couple of hours free.
My husband set up a couples massage for us the day of our wedding! It was a pleasant expierence but I was pressured at check out to sign up for a membership after explaining I wasn't interested due to my husband just cancelling his due to not ever being about to get in! Therapist was great and the establishment is clean and quiet!
Enjoyed having my massage, I had to try several times to book, then they cancelled, I wanted a specific person but was told she was either booked or going on vacation. Supposed to be a stress free environment, but WOW not as much for me. Hopefully next time is off the chain.
I am a memeber of this place since Feb. I like my therapist. She gives me the pressure i want. But their management of the store is poor. They called me 30 mins before the appointments twice and cancelled on me and one time, i showed up for my appointment and my thetapist did not show up so replaced with someone else. I tried to understand circumstances and went alone without complaining. Today, i called to cancel my appointment and they said they will charge me for 50% due to policy.
