Good massage that was ruined by high pressure sales tactics AFTER my massage...was asked why I didn’t want to sign up for a recurring payment massage deal after I said no repeatedly, felt like I was at Best Buy or with a car salesman trying to force an extended warranty on me....and they ask you all of this after your massage when your relaxed and massage drunk
I used a gift card at this location on March 16th 2017. I was required to give a credit/debit card when booking appt. I was just billed 60.00 on Aug 26 2017. I called spoke to Paige. I was informed it was a system error and would be refunded within in 60 days..... totally unacceptable.
Paris did a great job and I would recommend her. Everyone there was polite and knowledgeable!

I absolutely love this massage envy. I suffer really bad from migraines and there are two therapist there that have helped me. I can actually go and run errands with out having to leave early because my migraines get so bad.
If I could give a true review it would be -10. Never go to this place!!! They pressure you into a membership for $60.00/month for one year. So I canceled this after my one year and they keep charging my debit card, I dispute the charge and they some how got a credit card number of my and charged that card, I dispute it have been going back and forth for months will not stop despite multiple emails telling them to stop. If any of you have had this same problem please post here so we can build enough to file legal action again... read more
