I had a full body massage with Kevin. I was a little hesitant because he was a Male, but I will definitely be seeing him again. Best massage ever and he made me feel super comfortable. The ladies at the front desk are always cheerful and wonderful.
I highly recommend this place I feel so much better... very professional,clean,friendly service!

these people took 180$ out of my account and I have never even been here before and the account to that it paid for isn't even in my name. they refuse to give me my money back. they are cons. also they are a franchise. other massage Envy's can't be spoken for. this group is no good.

My massage went well but I’m moving soon, massages are not necessary anymore, and they have done nothing but give me the run around for cancelling my membership. They want a utility bill 25 miles away or a dr note saying massages aren’t beneficial. (Which is a bs lie because of course they are) I shouldn’t have to go to the dr to be able to cancel and I don’t haven a utility bill because I haven’t moved yet so I don’t have either. I stopped by to get a walk in appointment, the receptionist asked me if I’m here for a walk in or to schedule an appointment, then when I said walk in she said they had no availability for today, and yet they are open until 9pm. This is the second time I’ve given this company an opportunity. I definitely will not be coming back for a third. Don’t say you offer a service but when someone attempts to purchase said service get told it’s not available. Very frustrating and very sad for a business.
