For the last 4 years I've been in and out of here. Majority of drs and staff are amazing people. They diagnosed my diabetes muscle disease my heart attack and my quadruple bypass surgery.
Poor care and customer service, many nurses are less than competent. I was first placed in bed covered in blood stains, They delayed my emergency surgery for blood work results the managed to loose 4 times. Forgot to put my oxygen back on before I feel asleep (I had just had surgery and have asthma). I woke gasping for air. Thank god for a few interns/ nurses aids who seemed to at least have common sense! They are very good with you and the payment plan fits everyone budget.
From the moment the EMTs arrived at the place of injury see the moment I walked out of the doors at the ER with a broken wrist they kept me up beat and positive and just very friendly
They are slow and inefficient. Maybe under staffed or even uncaring is more appropriate!
Great hospital with excellent and caring staff. Had play by play information on my mom's procedure....first class organization
The nursing staff were awesome! All the RNs, CNAs, other staff and chaplains were amazingly wonderful!
