Sorry excuse for an ER. To keep a 97 year old woman with a pain level of 10 waiting for over 3 hours to see a doctor is shameful. We're still waiting........
Worst hospital ever. Your nothing but greedy hungry selfish people. We won't even be delivering our baby here. My wife and I had medical emergencies which required surgeries and hospital stays. I had insurance but my wife currently didn't because she had to wait 60 days before her new job offered it to her.. Well guess what you guys gave us no time and is taking us to court for a $30,000 judgement after we already fixed our credit and we have 5 kids to take care of. One morning I woke up puking blood, I was scared and went to Merry Washington emergency room. They kept me to do in ultrasound, which took over 24 hours to do. The reason being, apparently being a teenage pregnant girl takes priority over somebody who might be internally bleeding. On top of that, for an IV and two bags of salt water they proceeded to charge me $7500, which is more than the emergency room stay in the observation room stay combined. The absolute worst care. Wait time to get in a room is hours on hours. Staff is unsupportive and condescending. Lived in the area and have been going here 26 years of my life. Each visit is worse than the last. Here speaking on behalf of numerous family and friends as well.
Thank you for taking care of my 1 year old. He was at the hospital for three days. He was discharged today and is on the mend after a serious GI illness. Thank you for having such awesome nurses, CNAs, pediatric hospitalists, and many other staff!!!
The cardiac unit is first rate! The nurses took care of me and were right by my side before I needed them!
