I love the Mary Washington Hospital Intervention Radiology Department!! They are all wonderful too many names to mention!!! I would come once a week for my paracentesis, and they treated me like family! Thank you all!!! ���
I recently went to Mary Washington for back surgery, my team of nurses where awesome (they did seem stretched thin at first, but that was only for about 10 mins), my anesthesiologist and his anesthesiologist in training were amazing, my surgeon was great!!! Everybody once I got back to the procedure point was perfect. The only thing that I did not like is that we were asked to get there at 5 o'clock am to register. I had to have blood work for pain. I got to the lab at a busy time, but the girl at desk told me there were a few people in front of me. I was OK with that. At least she told me. The wait ended up being only 15 minutes. The girl who took my blood did a great job and was very friendly.
Like this review is going to make any difference but my wife has come in here 3 times in the last 4 days for her concussion because it keeps getting worse. Now with this so called doctor all he can say is I don't know and maybe this and maybe that. I told him her pain is getting worse and now her head is burning but HE doesn't know why. Another round of maybe this and maybe that. What a joke, how in the hell are you an ER doctor but you don't know anything?
50$ per minute in the waiting room and 100$ per staple in my sons head. How in the world does 4 staples equal +1000$ before insurance when we saw a nurse for 3 minutes and a PA for 4? No radiology, no doctor, just a room full of people wrapped in blankets during 90 degree heat. We were stuck in a room with an emphysema patient and a gutter punk with flies surrounding him. I had an Outpatient CT/contrast and a full body Bone Scan at MWHC Radiology Department on 11/18/16. My day there was a Very pleasant experience... From my check-in at Registration, the check-in and wait with the reception staff at the Radiology waiting room, and especially the work of Barbara who did the CT, and Valerie who did my preps and the Bone Scan. My daughter was seen at 3am in the ER. While I am sure everyone works hard I would like to hold up Angelina in the ER and Andrea and Ty on the 4th floor North. They truly love their jobs, the people they help and it shows.
This experience was great. Dr. White in ER took extra good care of our young son. Came in to check for appendicitis symptoms. Nurses were great. IV didn't even leave a bruise. Radiologist cam came and redid sonogram personally just to make sure he was ok. I always appreciate the best care for my children. Thank you!!
My wife and I had a baby august 5th the nursing staff and Dr's were amazing also the remodeled maternity ward was really amazing and very spacious thanks for the great deeds that was done there...
