There was a traffic fatality on the way to our appointment. We were two hours late and they fitted us in. Staff has been great with my son �
Love it first time there for my son dental surgery who is autistic and everything went great. �
If I could give more then 5 stars I would! Our daughter had her tonsils & adenoids removed yesterday, and everyone was so kind, caring and had so much patience for us! This being a first surgery for our daughter our brains were going 200 miles an hour in 200 directions, everyone from our Doctor to nurses, to even valet was so kind and attentive. Our nurses in surgery were amazing, in recovery room both nurses (named Terry... forgive me if spelled wrong) were amazing, our ped's nurse Tracy also amazing.. my daughter normally ... read more
I feel like each and every person we came into contact with was friendly, concerned and caring. My son was very well taken care of by very curteous docs, nurses and receptionist staff. If there was one thing I was required to pick out for area of oportunity, it would be communication. Not communication with me, the parent or my son, but amongst the doc teams themselves. There were a couple of times I was asked if a specific doc had already gone over something, or a doc would say " Im sure Doctor SonSo already told you" when ... read more
They all were wonderful to us. I was scared and depressed and everyone was wonderful.
Everything was great, ran into someone a little grumpy in the ultra sound area, but overall everyone was awesome and full of information!
