We were at the Baker complex and treated excellent by all... the receptionist, the check-in clerk, all the nurses, the doctors. Left there very happy with the service provided.

I think they are incredible Doctor's and nurses that work there. They really care about their patients.

My newborn son had to be transferred to Mary Bridge from Good Samaritan for some followup after the doctors saw a spot on his ultrasound. The staff was so kind and made us feel comfortable and informed in one of the most stressful weeks if my life. Thanks to them we got answers, a plan of action and got to take our son home.

Great staff, everyone is super friendly. They explain to you what's going on and keep you in the loop. They really go out of there way to help.

My 2 year old son needed surgery to have his tonsils and adnoids removed, this was my first experience as a parent with any sort of surgery. The staff was very comforting and informative. After surgery, we had to stay overnight and the nurses looked after him like he was their own. Very sweet and helpful. I LOVE the kids playrooms they have and all the cars the kids can ride down the hallways while they recover, it made everything so much easier not just being confined to a tiny room.

I had recurring problems with another hospital, so when my daughter had a spiking fever I was told to take her here. My daughter is 11 mos old, she had a high fever and completely not herself. They were busy but they got to us as soon as they could. The nurse was very nice and talked to my baby like she was one and not like they didn't care about her or were trying to rush her out. I thanked the nurse as we left, it was so comforting to have someone care for my daughter as we would. Thank you Mary Bridge!
