They were absolutely amazing in helping to relieve our fears and anxiety levels over the shocking news of our 12 year old son being checked into ER and subsequently being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Especially, Dr. KELLY who was the best for us ever at that moment. Thank you Mary Bridge care team!
Our son was rushed to Mary Bridge after being diagnosed with diabetic ketoacidosis at another ER. Our son was close to death and was saved by the amazing care by the doctors and nurses here. They have been so attentive to not only our child but to also my wife and myself. They have taken the time to educate on on what we are dealing with and encourage us. This has been an overwhelming experience but the staff here has made it bearable. If it wasn't for them our child would not be here now. Thank you everyone at Mary Bridge!
The first experience I had with Mary Bridge was a year and a half ago when I had my son had to be admitted when he was 2 days old. The staff went above and beyond caring for my son and ME. I can't explain how impressed I was which brought me to work for Multicare because I wanted to be apart of this amazing company. Now today I again visited a different section of Mary Bridge with my son and again, we were treated exceptionally well, and they all went above and beyond. We were here twice in one week and the Doctors took extra care and time listing to our concerns. The first time there the nurses my child had were great at taking care but the second time we had to ask for someone different to take over our child's care. The nurse also made it seem like it was our fault for leaving out a part of our child's medical history but I had asked her to look through our child's chart and see due to the fact I could not remember everything from Monday and I hadn't slept in 3 or 4 days from taking car... read more
Absolutely amazing I have NEVER EVER EVER had batter care. The doctor that saw my daughter was so patient and kind, explained EVERYTHING and didn't make me feel stupid or like I overreacted for bringing her in. The nurses were so loving and so so sweet to both my girls and occupied my 2 year old while I focused on my youngest. They were so amazing! Every doctor and nurse should come here for a lesson of bed side manner and patient care! You literally couldn't ask for better care.
