The nurses and hospital staff are always friendly. They care so much for the kids and the Volunteers are amazing. They are always willing to grab anything for kids. I will always choose this hospital over all the others.
I was there yesterday for my granddaughter surgery. The staff were wonderful. The caffaterra was a disaster, at 4 in the afternoon, very little food left, and very dirty! The bathrooms were also a mess, no toilet paper or towels, and dirty! Signs were confusing to me, got lost. And maybe so signs leaving on how to get back to i-5 would be helpful.
My son just had an emergency appendectomy- the whole staff was wonderful- from Indigo urgent care to MB ER to MB med/surg - the med/surge unit was very nice our surgeon, Dr Horton was wonderful- great nurses- techs all the way down the line.
Definitely an A1 hospital. Dr. Nathan Frost, the anesthesiologist, the techs, the nurses were awesome. Except for the charge nurse on the 2nd floor who was sort of a 'b', our experience there was great. The cafeteria food was also good, what I ate anyway. I give this hospital a 5.
Had a great experience. Needed an x ray. I checked in at patient registration and as I walked in the door they were calling my name. Got my xrays done and went to my podiatry appt. Was early and got in early. No waiting that was awesome.
I have never had a bad experience at Mary Bridge. Today they got us in quick, saw us quick, got us out quick. They where caring and kind. Very attentive to my son and really cared about what was wrong with him, also today the Dr. Texted me to check up on him to see how he was doing!
