My father & I had an awesome experience with parts department. Spoke with Paul & he is on top of his game. He knows what's up and the cashier was very nice. Both cashier & Paul are awesome. Cashier was cute by the way. My father & I were at the parts department and we were completely satisfied with their exceptional customer service and honestly towards us. Purchased a 2016 Corvette Z06 from this dealership a few months ago which I was informed was the sales manager Andrew Giacomin's personal vehicle prior to sale. I flew down from San Francisco to pick up the car and the sales representative Miguel (who I was informed no longer works there) picked me up curbside directly from LAX. Went in yesterday for a brake job and in an oil. I didn't need a brake done. Mike was very good he listened to what my needs,to have done and was really good service thank you so much very professional.....
Terrible place - liars and poor customer service. We were there for 2 days - 4 hours each day. They don't offer you anything to drink or eat. The thing that ticked me off is they tell you something and it wasn't even true.
AVOID the dealership at all costs. They changed aspects of my agreement without consent with GM leasing and was contingent on our original agreement of sale. They failed to disclosed extremely important financial information to me for two days after I left with a new vehicle and returned my first car. They basically said yes we all (dealership and I) screwed up on this deal but it's not our problem, you have the car now. They rush through deals, overlook important financial information just to close and deal and are unwillin... read more
