Went in yesterday for a brake job and in an oil. I didn't need a brake done. Mike was very good he listened to what my needs,to have done and was really good service thank you so much very professional.....
Terrible place - liars and poor customer service. We were there for 2 days - 4 hours each day. They don't offer you anything to drink or eat. The thing that ticked me off is they tell you something and it wasn't even true.
AVOID the dealership at all costs. They changed aspects of my agreement without consent with GM leasing and was contingent on our original agreement of sale. They failed to disclosed extremely important financial information to me for two days after I left with a new vehicle and returned my first car. They basically said yes we all (dealership and I) screwed up on this deal but it's not our problem, you have the car now. I enjoyed my visit with Martin Chevrolet. Salesmen Louie Vignolo was very knowledgeable about the car I test drove the equinoxes totally explain all the very strong points about the safety issues of the car and went around showing me everything about the car and the great points. Thanks ��
I just drove in without an appointment for an oil change. Robert estimated that it would be a hour and half wait.. truck was washed and done 20 mins ahead of time...
After 2 visits to get my speaker replaced. The second time only took 45min.
