Great sale and service no drama I will but another truck
George the salesman has been there forever I'm always deal with him great man great salesmen good person that's why I keep going back to Martin Chevrolet
2 hours and 10 min for an oil change when I had an appointment !! i eventually went outside to see what's going on and saw my Tahoe just sitting there in the service area. It was still another 30 min until the service guy told me it was done. That's them not paying attention to their work !! Bad customer service. An oil change and tire rotation shouldn't take more than an hour from start to finish, especially when you have an appointment.
Just bought a new Equinox. Our salesman was George Trasker. George was very friendly, professional and accommodating. He gave a straight foreward deal that we were very happy with.
I had a few issues with this dealership since i bought my chevy ss sedan the worst one was today i took it in for recalls to the bottom of the point they drove my car around or somthing it came back with 60 additional miles how they got there i dont know they could of been mistreated the car for all i know... i dont recommend this dealership buy at your own risk!!!!
I've been to this place for 5 oil changes already and the first 4 were free with the purchase of my car. The first 4 were ok but still took about an hour and a half each time. The last time I took it in I had an appointment at 11am and I knew it would take over an hour so I left to go to the gym and got back about 2 and a half hours later waiting for a phone call saying it was done so I lagged a lot. Im just tired of the money grab atmosphere at the dealerships. Ive stopped going years ago because of constant upsells, bait and switch, and misinformation to get more money out of me. I needed my new remote programmed so I had to go this time. Everyone is nice as can be but Im just tired of the tactics.
On time with no surprise casts and my rep worked with me to use my coupons effectively.
Friendly staff who are eager to help. Our salesman is professional and did a pretty good job to get us on the road with our new Chevy Volt. Thank you.
