I enjoyed my visit with Martin Chevrolet. Salesmen Louie Vignolo was very knowledgeable about the car I test drove the equinoxes totally explain all the very strong points about the safety issues of the car and went around showing me everything about the car and the great points. Thanks ��
I just drove in without an appointment for an oil change. Robert estimated that it would be a hour and half wait.. truck was washed and done 20 mins ahead of time...
After 2 visits to get my speaker replaced. The second time only took 45min.

This one, even though it's the 2nd recall, was alright. However, every other experience with Martin Chevrolet was horrible, and not all of it was because of service.
Terrible service. Will never take my car back. Put wrong sized tires, put wrong oil, left 2 bolts off on the oil pan. Fuel pump went out 3 times within one year of them replacing it. Had to pay another mechanic to put in a fuel pump that has worked ever since.
Jose in service was fantastic. I had a scheduled oil change for my Equinox and he listened when I explained that the passenger rear tire had been losing air and found a screw in the tread. He alerted me on this matter and made the repairs as soon as possible so the job was done right. Kudos to your service department and will see you folks soon enough.
Excellent place to buy a car. Friendly staff you will not be disappointed.
My husband and I are now proud owners of Chevrolet Equinox! Thank you Al Steele for making the process a smooth and joyous occasion! We love our new ride!
