Im just tired of the money grab atmosphere at the dealerships. Ive stopped going years ago because of constant upsells, bait and switch, and misinformation to get more money out of me. I needed my new remote programmed so I had to go this time. Everyone is nice as can be but Im just tired of the tactics.
On time with no surprise casts and my rep worked with me to use my coupons effectively.

I made an appointment online for service on my 2012 Tahoe got a response very quickly. The drop off was very easy. The service was fast and accurate. I also got my vehicle detail and it looks great . I purchased my vehicle at Martín and have had nothing but the best experience with there services. This is the only place i go when looking for a new car and to have any service

You damaged my vehicle more than repaired it. You cut wires you didn't need to. You installed the lo jack device that I didn't want installed. You cut the lights on my neons. I will not do business here again
Previously I have had excellent experiences with the dealership. I came in for warranty service on December 28, 2015 Travis was very good, however when I picked up my vehicle I discovered that my sunglasses had been taken. I contacted the service department immediately to report it and was told that it would be looked in to but nothing came of it and was basically told that I was out of luck. I find that unacceptable, I hope whoever took them is enjoying my aviators
Dropped our truck off for oil cooler replacement, it took 8 weeks. During that time they replaced the wrong part, and after they replaced the part the truck wouldn't work so they had to tow it to a different dealership for repairs. Oh, and they didn't offer a rental until about 5 weeks into the repair....
