I have a been a dedicated Chevrolet owner for over 24 years. Today will be last time that I ever go back to Martin Chevrolet. 5 years ago when I purchased my Tahoe, the service and support at Martin was excellent. I was sent a flyer from them stating 125% over kbb on a vehicle buy back but it was just a marketing scam. They said that they could give a little bit (1%) over kbb only if I buy a new vehicle which the flyer clearly stated different. This is a total bait and switch. It was by far the best car buying experience ever. George was the best. Even after the sale the whole staff still does everything possible to take care of my wants, needs or questions. I will be in their family for life. Oh, by the way I bought 2014 Crystal Red Camaro. Plus I LOVE my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just walked from the north side of the lot to the south end looking at the trucks. Not one person came out to see me or ask if I needed assistance. Let's see if the dealers on PHC would like my money instead.
My husband and I got our first brand new car today and the customer service was excellent!!! We left the lot with a brand new car and a smile of satisfaction on our faces. Thanks again guys for all your hard work.
