Very disappointed in Martin Chevrolet service. Left my car there for a recall service. As the vehicle was there, received an email notice that the battery was drained. I disregarded the email because it said if your car is getting serviced, please disregard battery drain message. When we got the car back home and tried to start the next day, the car wouldn't start. Nothing is easy here. Been a customer since 2005 but I am moving on. Still waiting for the promised phone call back from Chris , that was last week. He took all my information including vin # of the vehicle I was going to trade and the stock # of vehicle I wanted. Every time I have dealt with this dealer I have to pursuit them and it should be the other way around. Best wishes to you Martin Chevrolet, but I am giving Win Chevrolet a try.
