Just finishing a week long stay. It was awesome. Rocco at our quiet pool was the best!!!! We will be back!
The worst customer service . Door keys would not work for three days . Shuttles were 30 minutes or wouldn't come . Mangers ignored us , front desk hung up on us 7 times in a row . Food cold at pool bar . And much more .

Great resort for all ages... Close to Sea World, Discovery Cove, and Aquatica, so perfect spot if those are your planned destinations... Not so close to Disney, but still not too far of a drive... Would definitely stay again...
This is a wonderful place to bring your family and friends... They have a lot of activities for kids..,
We are a Marriott Club member and 1st time using it. Beautiful resort, we stayed in a 1 bedroom villa. Came with everything you would need from pot's and pans to dish soap. Absolutely loved our 9 day stay, sad to leave. Spiders and bugs but that's to be expected in this weather
Conflicting review. We have been here since Monday and will be checking out Monday. The exterior of the resort is amazing. 4 beautiful pools, lots of activities for the family too. The activities that have additional fees are reasonably priced. The staff has been great so far, especially the activity coordinating staff. The restaurants haven't been anything to write home about, but there are plenty of accessible grills throughout the property to grill up some amazing food. I absolutely love this place great stay for vacations ❤️ can always go to different cities and come back and still feel so relaxed here so many pools and bar and games for kids and absolutely recommend ❤️
