Housekeeping steals your clothes. Mr. Simon, the manager, won’t help you. He placates you and then blows you off. Don’t stay here! It’ll cost you a lot more than your room rate!
RecommendedLarge well-appointed room over looking Lake Erie in an almost empty hotel. We were the only people on the 12th floor. I’m mindful that businesses are s-l-o-w-l-y opening up and that is the case here. Restaurants all closed and the bar open with limited hours and a grumpy bartender who didn’t seem to want to be there. Adjoining parking garage is FILTHY with broken glass and over flowing trash cans.
RecommendedWe truly enjoyed staying at this resort. People (who works and stays) were very respectful with COVID rules, and I felt very good about that. Pool area was great also! Highly recommended and will stay again in the future!

If you are expecting a hotel that is following local mandates, this is not the place for you (even if they tell you otherwise on the phone multiple times). Weddings are occurring without face masks (wedding parties inside without them on, using elevators and all throughout hotel). When discussed with management, they claimed they couldn’t tell people to put them on due to ADA. There is no way an entire bridal party with 6-8+ bridesmaids can’t wear masks, especially when the bride had one on yesterday. We are understanding th... read more
