It was nice. Staff was upbeat. Room were nice. A++
One of my favorite resorts of all time love the convenience of beauty customer service and continued satisfaction great people
We were here for a short vacation and had a great time. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool areas were great and we were given a room overlooking the pool, as requested. We even had the bonus of a lake view as well. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

$48 for Thanksgiving day buffet at Gill was too expensive for that we get but room and pool was awesome !!!
This was our second stay at the Grande Vista and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Though we were not able to utilize many of the amenities this trip due to our theme park schedule, we loved our room and its gorgeous view of the water and fountains. I want to single out Mr. Rossmoore for his exceptional service. My oldest teenage daughter had to come back from our vacation and faced 8 exams. Great location for family vacay!!! Loving it. Payton and Jordan and friends are pumped.
Very impressive,place is beautiful and well maintained.
Very disappointed, room was dirty, with bugs. I mentioned it to the front desk they sent a technician to "spray the room". Next day boom bugs. Found blood on the blankets so who knows if they even cleaned the room prior to us arriving. I only stay at Marriott hotels and I've never been so disappointed. I've been calling the manager and have left numerous messages without a return phone call. Thanks for nothing!

Beautiful grounds The check in and was extremely fast. Very friendly staff everywhere. Beautiful pools. It's decorated for Christmas the The lights on the grounds are absolutely beautiful at night.
