The staff could not have been nicer! They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The resort was beautiful and had plenty to keep us busy! The pools are great!
Employees were very friendly,we stayed in a five star hotel, that was equipped with all and everything that's in a two bedroom house. Very nice it should be for 300.00 a night.lol
Always in my top 3 choices. Front desk is very friendly and helpful in assisting to getting you to your room. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Love them pillows �
I stayed here last year and it was enjoyable. This year not so much. Mowing began at 7am outside the window on Saturday, and the resort called early on a Sunday to sell me something and ask what our plans were. I'll pass on the 90 minute sales pitch. Being out late the night before the plan was to sleep in. Also a simple gesture would be to include breakfast, but since I used points that wasn't an option.

Stayed for a week. Had a 1 bedroom villa. The room was exactly what we asked for. High floor, with a view. The resort itself was a pleasure to be at. Lots of choices. They accommodated an early check in for us and the staff was professional and polite. I've stayed at different resorts and the staff were so miserable. Here, they are polite, always ready to assist you. The villa was spacious and clean. VERY clean.
