Completely misrepresented by Marriott vacation club sales team. Poor quality in terms of service, amenities, and room. Mold on the door, terrible smell, not clean, pricey poor food. Have never been so disappointed by a Marriott! Makes me rethink the brand.

As a timeshare owner we have gotten pretty bad service. Had dinner at the pool area last night and we showed our timeshare card and the server gave us grief about not having our, "bracelet." We told her we were members. Eventually she gave us our discount, saying she just gave it to us. Never had a problem with other resorts ex: Hawaii and Palm Dessert. Up keep you have to stay for 10 days we are staying 8 a little absurd. We had up keep within the 3 days and that was a week stay. Big disappointment time share ownership. Roo... read more

My wife and I stayed here for our 1 year wedding anniversary and the service here was great. The staff was friendly and inviting, they all remember a face. They accommodated us promptly when we were in need of something. While we were staying here we went park hopping so we didn't really get to experience all the activities provided but the days we did we thought the activities were great. Super recomendo. Lugar ótimo, super seguro, qualidade nota 10 em todos os sentidos.
As always the resort was beautiful and very clean, the staff is wonderful, the hot tibs and pools were relaxing, the food at the grill was delicious. It was a short stay so we couldn't partake in many activities but was able to relax because we did not have to leave once we got there. Hopefully we will get back there sooner next time.
The pools were fun, the water was perfect! So many fun things for the family to do at the rec center. The room had great views!
