Excellent customer service. Very helpful with best local restaurants. Clean rooms, 4 large pools. Would come back.
CUIDADO, NOS ROBARON TODO DE LA CAJA DE SEGURIDAD!! Nos olvidamos nuestros documentos y todo nuestro dinero en la caja de seguridad. Cuando volvimos a buscarlo nos dijeron que solo estaban los documentos y que el dinero no. Que la caja estaba abierta!! Hicimos la denuncia policial. No se hicieron cargo de nada, se desligaron del tema y nos derivaron al seguro. Todavía seguimos esperando que nos llamen. UNA VERGUENZA!!

Everything was great from the staff to the room to the view. This is a very big resort with plenty of activities on site. The one area they could improve is the on site restaurants but even that is no big deal because there are so many options within 2 miles. It's even less of an issue if you have a Villa which has a full kitchen stocked with everything you'll need to eat in. I've read other reviews complaining about the road construction but this is not a problem at all since this resort is set so far back off of the road. ... read more

Beautiful resort. Great spa, lots of activities, golf course, very nice accommodations. Staff very friendly and helpful. Checking out tomorrow but hope to come back soon.
